What do you think of cabin crew?

When waiting at the airport, everyone often sees flight attendants pulling their suitcases and passing uniformly, forming a beautiful landscape.

There are three indispensable things in the daily work of stewardess: certificates, cosmetic bags and heels.

Certificate: solid professional knowledge

There are four types of certificates that are most important for stewardess in performing their tasks, that is, the so-called "three certificates and one volume", which respectively refer to the physical examination certificate of civil aviation personnel, the training certificate of civil aviation cabin crew, the civil aviation flight attendant boarding pass, and the cabin crew service manual.

Getting these certificates is by no means easy. Each link has strict assessment. The process of obtaining certificates is also the process of eliminating competitors. Of course, becoming a stewardess also requires other relevant certificates, including CET-3 certificate, Putonghua level certificate, security inspection certificate, civil aviation passenger transport certificate, first aid certificate, seafarer certificate, etiquette certificate, tea art certificate, etc.

In addition to all kinds of certificates, the steward's manual is also a necessary product for them to fly. This manual is equivalent to a universal book, which covers all aspects of professional knowledge, including first aid, emergency procedures, specific models, general onboard equipment and working standards, etc.

Although the stewardess have long been familiar with these professional knowledge, and have to pass different practical assessments every year, in order to ensure that they are safe, they will still carry this manual with them and consult it in time in case of problems to avoid mistakes.

Cosmetic Bag: a must-have for a beauty officer

Every airline company has strict requirements for the image of flight attendants. Stewardess must serve passengers with the best mental state and appearance image, and take care of their appearance carefully before boarding and flying. At the same time, after a long flight, in order to maintain the best makeup and hair form, the stewardess also need to replenish makeup and tidy up their hair at any time at work, so as to combat fatigue and ensure perfect image.

It is precisely because of the extreme requirements for appearance that dignified and generous stewardess are often misunderstood. In fact, becoming a qualified stewardess requires not only elegant appearance and outstanding image, but also internal and external training. Internal attributes such as professional knowledge, communication skills and foreign language ability should be the accurate dimension for us to recognize the career of stewardess.

We need to teach passengers how to fly correctly. We need to go through deep-water test exercises, understand first aid knowledge, multi-national languages, and be able to deal with terrorist activities and hijacking threats. At the same time, we also have to keep our posture elegant and generous

Flat heels: details reflect service awareness

After boarding the plane, our stewardess will change into flat heels instead of wearing the original high heels. The reason why the stewardess change shoes is that flat heels are comfortable and safe on the one hand, and high heels are easy to disturb passengers' rest after the plane flies flat on the other hand.

In order to provide better service to passengers, stewardess need to bring flat heels in the luggage at any time. There are many similar considerate services. During the flight, the stewardess will bring a small bag with small items such as band aids, nail clippers, balm, mosquito bites, needle and thread bags, toothpicks and so on. When passengers need it, the stewardess will take out the corresponding items from the treasure box and provide them to passengers in time.

Such careful and thoughtful consideration shows the stewardess' strong sense of service. Taking passengers as the center and considering passengers is the basic requirement of this profession, and it is also the quality and responsibility of all flight attendants. However, having a strong sense of service does not mean that a stewardess is a waiter. Although we will be responsible for serving tea, pouring water and distributing meals, our main responsibility is to ensure the flight safety of all passengers.
